Product Focus …

New Products Steve Janes

Staying warm without overheating is a key factor if you want to enjoy your total snowmobiling experience. So finding the right riding gear that will protect you from the cold—whether its 30 degrees F or below zero—can be a real challenge.

Also, you need something that keeps you warm when your body is somewhat idle, yet offers some ventilation when you’re exerting a lot of energy.

The editors of SnoWest Magazine have looked at several companies that do a great job in providing technical riding gear that works well in the cold, yet can keep you comfortable when you are generating a lot of body heat. We have assembled some of the more popular lines of jackets, bibs and gloves that can enhance your snowmobiling experience. We have also thrown in a few one-piece options for your consideration.

With the limited space, we could not include every company that produces quality winter riding gear. Go to our website to find those companies that may have been squeezed out of this article due to space.
