Yamaha's 250 Enticer made as far back as 36 years ago is still well regarded and has a significant vintage following. The sled was and is light, very fast for its size and it handles well for a leaf spring snowmobile. Vintage racers snatch up the short ETs chassis and race them with 250cc engine or drop in larger 300cc and 340cc ET engines, some have even installed 440s.
Most original fiberglass ET hoods are in sad shape-cracks near air intake and UV degraded paint and graphics. Vintage racers would prefer a sleek, racy aerodynamically styled replacement hood. Racers and trail riders now have the option of this new Sno Pro hood which fits 250, 300 and 340 ET Yamahas from 1977 to 1983.
The hood comes with all vents cut out, mounted hood stay hardware and pre-drilled hinge holes. The product is really bolt-on and ride. ET Sno Pro hood comes in white gelcoat. The hood is $295.
