All Hartman tunnel extensions are plastic-coated aluminum sheets that are laser-cut and CNCformed to eliminate break marks and scratches during manufacturing. All tunnel extensions are made exactly for each model of sled for a perfect fit and finish. All seams are tig-welded and not riveted to keep a clean and quality look. All kits come with a full set of bumper support brackets that strengthens the tunnel for a small rack and lifting and towing.
