Arctic Cat Buys Back From Suzuki

Arctic Cat Inc. (NASDAQ:ACAT), a company specializing in the manufacture and sale of all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles, has recently paid $79.3 million to Suzuki Motor Corp. in a buyback of 6.1 million outstanding shares, bringing their outstanding shares down to 12.3 million. 

In addition, Suzuki’s representative board member has resigned, bringing the number of directors to seven. 

Arctic Cat will continue to use Suzuki as a supplier of parts, including snowmobile engines, for at least the next two years.
