I am heading to Revy this morning to do some tuning on the black sled.
I'll post some pictures when I return....:face-icon-small-ton

Update on these sleds:
I sold the Orange one last season and am still riding the black sled.
Since I built this sled I have managed to put on a total of 132km on it.
Last season I hit a tree on Boulder and pretty much destroyed the front end.
I twisted the bulkhead,a arms, spindle and bent my Raptor shock along with some plastic.
So over the last couple of weeks I have replaced bulkhead with a old one I had kicking around.
I made a few improvements while rebuilding....

I wrapped fuel lines in insulated sleeves, put all hoses and boost lines in chromed split loom.
No more melted loom I hope now!

I had to make a new gauge bracket.I don't think I will bend this one.
I also put in a bigger boost gauge,I couldn't see the little one that can with the kit.
Also put the boost and AFR gauges in to cups, hoping to keep the AFR gauge dryer.

I never had a brake light on this sled so I added a LED into the seat.

I like the foot brackets on the new sleds but don't like having my tunnel at the back cut off, last sled I did that too I was wet all the time from snow dust.
I bought these for the pro climb and cut and ground them to fit.

Now all I am waiting for are some new gears and a planetary from Black Diamond.
Went to change to oil and a couple of chunks came out.

Are you still using a Boost It box? Did you mount it under the hood?

Yes still using the Boost It box.
On this sled I have it mounted on the bars,on a m7 bb I just finished I put it under the hood.
I went out for a quick test ride last weekend and with the numbers that Neil put in the box the thing ran close to perfect.
11:7 at wot and she ran crisp at 9lbs boost.
We are going to take it to Revy soon and turn up boost and maybe have tune it a bit...ran like a champ!
Here's a short clip buddy took,it was -25 out so its real short.https://vimeo.com/116777893
