To answer your question first your best hp is going to be at the same level as stock, Most of the Loud cans actually loose hp. Bikeman Performance dyno tunes their cans for no loss, HPS has always been a fairly good choice too a little loud for my taste but it's a good unit.
However, do yourself, your riding buddies, and everyone else that is working to keep areas open a favor and don't just try and buy a loud azz can so you sound like you've got hp. That is nothing but ammo for the azzhats that are trying to shut down more riding areas.
I ride a turboed 700 RMK and am trying to find a way to quiet it down just for that reason. We all need to do our part to keep areas open and being loud and obnoxious for the sake of being loud only hurts.

My brother has an HPS can on his 07 600 RMK. I love how it sounds.
