Rkt 15hp head kit

For those of you that are running the rk tek 15 hp head kit or just the head how do you like it. Anyone running it with an slp pipe? I am probably going to put one on this summer and just want to make sure they are worth the $500 and that there arent any major problems with them.

Have you thought of doing the SLP Porting Package to go with your pipe?

My .02

A good friend and riding partner runs an RK Tek 15 hp drop in kit in his 08 M8. It is paired with an SLP intake and SLP single w/ BD box and it runs flawlessly. You have an 09 cross fire and his is an 08 m so there might be a difference.

No i dont really want to port it, i want to be able to put it back to stock if necessary.

Thats not what i want to hear, now im going to have to spend $500. Do you have to take the y pipe off to install the head, just curious cuz the slp y pipe is a pain to take off.

2010 Snow Check M1200 174"- ??

I didn't know they had this in next years offerings might have to re-think what I'm getting

Mtn Missle, its a snow check m1000 162" right now, but have 174" for it and 1200 kit for it, just listing it as that, its fixed, my bad

i think I have seen the sled mtn masher is talking about. the one I saw sounded good. he ran it with no hood. if cat offered a 1200 174" stock it would be an animal.
