I don't know if anyone done this before, but I would like to find out if its possible and what if is what can I run into.
So I got an 2008 Polaris Switchback 600 HO with a blown engine, and I recently found a totaled 2013 Polaris Assault 800 the engine runs fine. I am wondering if its possible if I strip my sled completely and pull everything out of the 2013 Assault and put it in the 2008 switchback body. How different are the frame and the engine mounting brakets? Will it work? Anyone done something similar?
