If you need a Air Bag Tank filled in Central Wisconsin you can go to DivePoint Scuba & Adventure Center. They can fill BCA & SnowPulse Tanks. I would suggest deploying the pack at time of purchase to get the feel of what it takes to activate. The refill shop mentioned is excellent>
