picked up my 07 M1 on sat.after the local dealer had done the updates and reflash.sled is bone stock .made it 4kms and she locked up,didnt get into it but pretty sure it ate a piston or 2.Sled is out of warranty,do you think the dealer should fix it??

he should go good for it..too much of a coincidence,,,its not like you played with carb settings etc..

Same thing happened with my buddies M1 yesterday. Never had a problem with it till its first ride out after the reflash!!!! Ill keep ya posted.

PTO Side piston and rings went. Doesnt seem to have been a lean condition but that was just looking with the y pipe removed. Let me know what you find with yours.
