Got three bolts & washers screwed into flywheel for my gear puller to grab on to, but still does not come off,, .. bolts bend and puller falls off.. Any suggestions? Trying to replace stator.. thanks anyone..

i just pulled an xlt flywheel off with a 7 dollar harbor frieght tool.

You can get a harmonic dampener puller like that at any auto parts store for about $30 for a quality unit. comes with puller bolts for all sorts of stuff. But if you don't think you'll use it again then order one from harbor freight if you don't have a store near you.

its cheaply made.dont expect a quallty tooli allways save my reciepts because they useally break and i have to take them back.but it worked this timeit comes with a point insert thing that fits in the end of the crank but i had to leave that off because the 3 factory bolts are not long enough.
