idle without going to FWO until it is warm, shutdown and repeat. Retorque everything. Then ride, stay off of FWO for the first hour or so then ride as normal. There are some people that practice voodoo when it comes to this, but for the most part if it was installed properly and warmed up properly you should not have any problems.
