I had to remove the coolant lines when I removed throttle bodies from a M8. Do I have to bleed the air out of the cooolant system?

You can elevate the front end of the machine so the radiator cap is the highest point, but if you only pulled the throttle bodies you should be able to fill to coolant tank and run the sled for a bit. It should naturally "burp" and then you can refill. Just keep an eye on the coolant the first 25 miles or so and it will be fine.

m series ( the real m) are the easiest to bleed ever and you can see when you have good circulation coming out of the fitting in your coolant bottle
