Majority of riding is 85-9500. I would do the 9,000 setup. I am not much help because I run the SLP pipe, so I run more rpm's.

spend the 60 bucks on the proper clutching and u will have way more fun. 2 stroke don't like being out of there proper rpm range. 7700 is optimum for full h.p. in the m-8's. Have fun in cooke!

If it is stock than just install some 70G weights and you will be good to go.

Don't install the 68G weight if your not running a pipe, they are to light. The 70's work better and pull harder.

The 07 and 08 sleds do not have spring adjusters from the factory, so there is now way to adjust them.

I have an 07 Crossfire 800. I run cutler adjustable weights and load them with about 70g all as close to the heel as I can. I also run the gold spring in the Primary and the stock orange in the secondary. I have switched between the the recomended 36 degree and stock 46-40 helix and depending on snow conditions I prefer the stock unit. This with a 136" 1.75 track.
