BDX FIx On Rear ????????

Did Mike @ BDX ever address the issue that came about when using his rear conversion....The rear tunnel portion was cracking from the lack of support in the rear foot rest area.

yep..they were sending out brackets apr 1...if you ordered from his site they will automatically send them..if from different supplier you have to contact your supplier..they looked like a great fix

Are these the ones that will prevent the rear of the tunnel behind the seat from cracking and folding over??

I know Mike had a fix for the rear portion by the rear tailsection.. this is totally different

the fix is to strengthen the area from where the bumper ends...across the footrests..into the foot rails

Ray showed them to me in Jackson, they are just a metal plate about the same thickness of the drop bracket for the suspension. They look like they will probably work, I think the bumper will mount thru the tunnel to the new bracket.

yep. won't fit on mine and needs to be machined smaller as i cut my tunnel so its has more rake. Kinda stinks for me as its not a rivet on fix for me. oh well. my previous fix is holding strong and is definitley lighter than these items as they are quiet thick.

Update kits are being sent out. If for some reason you don't get yours, make sure to call and let me know.

The update kits also work on 2009 stock sleds as some of them were also have tearing issues. $29.95
