still pondering the idea of going with the m front end on my crossfire when it gets here. i am assuming that the shocks will have to be changed as well due to the short m a-arms. i just wanted to verify this so i can get an approx. cost for the change.

m shocks are shorter.........but a good shock shop can easily make your xfure shocks work, no need to buy all new.

they can do that for floats?
i figured for regular shocks you could change the shaft length or something, but was not aware that you could change the lenght of a float.

A friend rides a Crossfire with us and has the skis set in the full narrow position. It sidehills and carves just fine. Only one time this season I snuck through some trees with the M that he was too wide to fit. :D

Have the dealer put the skis on in the narrow position when they're doing the setup and just ride it.
