I saw what I believe to be a 23 this weekend in Northern WI. With three other new cats . Looks like different chasis to me. They all stopped and we were able to look close for about a minute. No graphics on it. Front end looked different to me. Was a 146" I think, tunnel looked cut some. Was quiet when it took off. Wanted to follow but was with my wife... hope it's out for next season...
