What do you feel there worth? Have you tried to sell them as they are? The 03 may need to be parted out but i would think the 07 700 should be able to be sold. Pricing power is low and this time of year for sure Parts and sleds. Now next fall things will certainly pick up but how much will depend on the economy. There are a lot of edge parts out there and all will not sell so keep that in mind.

Depending on the mods to sled and its current market. Both have a different market. The older chassis modded would prolly bring more parting it out and the newer one with no mods would be best selling it complete.

My bud just bought a 2007 D-7 from a guy on www.hardcoresledder.com 1400 miles all stock $4500.00, never wrecked or damaged

Had it shipped in from Dracut, Massachusetts to Illinois $350.00

There's a couple more of them on there asking $5000.00

check out www.snowmobileauction.com

it's a snowmobile/ATV/trailer auction based out of Bronson,Michigan

click on price reports

it shows actual sales prices from the auctions

February 2009

Brand new 2009 DRAGON 800 $6700 +/-

Brand new 2009 DRAGON S/B 800 $ 7100

well it not going for 4500 it has a slp pipe and simmons the d7 i would like to see 6500 but i am realalistic

I dont want to burst your bubble here but in the idea of your original post on what to do it warrants a reasoning on price. You can buy left over 08 D7 for 7200 bux and that was yet during the season. I am betting a better deal can be found than that now even. I just cant see a used one a year older and less warranty being worth near the price of new. Also like others stated they have seen them as low as 4500 bux. You dont need to be at that price but if you really want to move it I wouldnt price it for more than 5500.00 to get any action on it. The old saying "I can always come down" is only true if you have a interested party, you start to high and you wont find that party.

Depends on how much time you have on your hands and how badly/soon you want the $$.

Last Fall I parted out my 05 Edge XC 700 that had been converted to RMK trim with a lot of extras. I couldn't even get interest in it for $3K at peak selling time. I parted it out and got $4800 out of the parts and I still have a custom U cooler, Bulkhead, Tunnel and Belly pan. Which I plan on throwing out there for BO soon.

Also as much as I hate the fricken fee's Ebay will bring you better prices than on here. I've sold a lot of stuff both places and there's something about auctions that make people stupid, and the vast majority on here are very savvy buyers.
