Just picked up a couple arctic cat sleds for a great deal. I have a 98 zr 600 with a perfect chassis but no motor, and a 98 ZRT that has a rough chassis and a good motor. Are the bulkheads the same? Easy motor swap?

Might not be quite as easy as I thought. Looks like the ZR has the aluminum bulkhead and the ZRT has the steel bulkhead.

98 zrt
The 99 ZRT had an aluminum bulkhead same as the 98 and newer ZRs and Powder Specials. You can get motor mounts from a 99 ZRT and your motor will bolt right in. The exhaust might be a challenge though. I think I have some motor mount brackets that would help you out and have some stock pipes too but they might not go under your hood. Better yet, buy my 2002 ZRT all put together and with the better power valve engine. LOL.
