2015 800 Switchback Assault 144 - Suspension Help

I'm new to the Polaris World. I'm looking for couple things on the suspension setup.

1. I'm 280lbs geared up, does someone know what I should use for torsion springs?

2. Does anyone have the OEM set-up for the clickers? My buddy was checking out my sled and made some changes
