I always ran mine in second from bottom. but you may also need to change your main jets. On mikuni carbs I was at 360 main, not sure bout kenai carbs.(I beleve that right may be vise versa) Just remember to start out a little rich, better to change plugs then engine. Also you may need to drop some weight in clutch.
