2000 600 MC piston question

I just got a 2000 mountain cat and was going to put some pistons that i had for a 1998 in it. The pin size is bigger on the 2000. Can i get new bearings and pins for a 98 and use my pitons to put in it, or do i need to spend more and buy the pistons for the 2000. The problem is that all the specs i can see on them everywhere shows the same pistons for the 1998-2000. Anyone know anything about these?

98-99 600 twins were called A case motors, case is slightly different and as u know has 20 mm wrist pin bearings. 00 and newer r B case motors and have a 22 mm wrist pin bearing. So u cannot use the pistons u have and will have to get new pistons for ur 00.
