06 m7 secondary spring preload?

It should be screwed in about 1/2" It will backshift much better and keep the engine R's up where they should be. They came adjust 1/2", but the nut keeps unscrewing

i say it depends on the spring if you should turn it in or not. for example if your runnin the stiff stock m8 orange spring i dont see any point in turning it in any as i think that springs already to stiff. if your runnin a softer spring then like diggerdown said turnin it in can help with backshift and rpms.
