Was unsure, I thought the 08's were single ring pistons. Any issiues with the single rings?

what is the advantage or disadvantage of single rings versus double?
The biggest advantage I see is with the double you get twice as many. Sorry made myself laugh.

Less friction...less chance of breaking between rings. It's all a trade off.
is it a reliability advantage or can u see more power from a single ring?
I can see the power advantage. Less weight.
