$5500 obo...FS 1150 CPC by Dakota Performance in custom zx Chassis...$6300
This was Hobbes old 1150, I've owned it for 3 seasons now and it has been a great running sled.
I weighed it full of fuel, tools and 2 extra belts @ 515#
Engine:
1150 CPC with Jeff's from Dakota Performace magic.
Just had a new crank, trued and welded done by Northern Crankshaft
Cases line bored by Northern Crankshaft at the same time new crank was purchased.
New water pump shaft and bearings
New Pistons about 300 miles ago
4 degree timing key
low and high compression head inserts
About 150 miles on since engine rebuild .
48 mm Flatslide cutler Carbs...3 external adjustmentsone for 1/3, 1/2, adn 7/8 throttle, K&N filters with prefilters
Cutler aluminum TPS sensor
Twin tuned pipes, with new male and female flanges
New recoil started about 150 miles ago
Trackmaster seconday
Ski-doo exhaust type valves.
Chassis:
ZX bulkhead
ZX gas tank, and plastic
Fabcraft tunnel 159", polished
Fabcraft front end 41" ski stance( currently have stock radius rods and steering rod in for 39" ski stance.
Fox floats in front
Holz rear suspension, fox shock in rear as well
Custom ice age rails on skid made for 8" big wheel kit
159"x16", ported camoplast track (1 1/8" holes), track is rough around the edges but no structural damage.
8" storm PEM aluminum rear wheels
6" storm boggie wheels
fabcraft 4" handle bars
2" polished aluminum risers(can't remember brand right now)
CPC aluminum throttle block
toggle switch for lights
2 high intensity lights that mount to front of sled( I've never used them)
3 window digatron guage, new fast probes and new water probe
Polished aluminum pull handle
Boss highrise flat top seat
S-diamond hood
Wildchild's polished aluminum gas rack
1 new Ultimax XP belts(one belt has about 50 miles on it)
Yellow handgaurds..2 sets
Black with yellow looped simmon skis
Newly s-diamond covered hood
New fabcraft trailing arms.
Went turbo and this is jsut sitting around
