Who wants a freeride snowmobile game for xbox 360 PS2 and 3???

I have looked and looked and cant find a sleddin game with a freeride option. So what I wanna do is see how many people would buy a game like this and then im gonna send this thread to THQ and Rainbow (the people who make mx vs atv and games like that) What I would ask for in the game is options like freeriding (boondocking), Hillclimb comps, snocross and freestyle. Then i would also want to be able to earn money in the events to buy differnt sleds and after market parts like tracks, front ends, shocks and turbos. if you guys have any ideas type em up in here. lets see if we can get enough people to say they would buy a game like this to make it worth sending over to them. Yes that would be cool if it was like mx unleashed but with sleds and backcountry riding as well. I would like to see this on the xbox 360.

I don't think it will ever happen personally, although it would be great to see, its got a few things going against it

1. sales of sledstorm series was not good, so why would game developers chance spending years developing on an already proven dud?

2. it would not get enough market share, here in north america, how many of your friends that don't snowmobile would buy a snowmobile game over the countless 4x4/baha/quad/dirtbike games already out or in the works? not to mention that but the biggest game market is asia, and I don't think they are going to be buying games about snowmobiling to be honest. Developers are looking for the most bang for their buck, and a snowmobile game dosn't appeal to the general gaming community as a whole.

3. it would create a nightmare for programmers, could you imagine a programmer having to write program for getting stuck lets say? or highmarking? all the variabilities, what would you focus on?

Its unfortunate cuz I can see it being a great game if someone put some thought into it, but unfortuneatly I just don't see it happening.

I love Untamed on 360.. I think a game just like that but with sleds would be bad a$$

I've thought that for years, but I doubt it will ever happen as well. Would be cool to atleast get someone to make up a pc game like that.

probably wont happen in the next 15 years i would say, but games are being produced faster then the old days and you never know if you get enough peeps maybe the would do something or maybe even a demo version to sample the markets

all they would need to do is to take the old ATV offroad fury 1 game physics and apply them to a snowmobile, add in some cliffs to drop in free roam, I think that would be good enough for me, make it a PS3 exlusive and I would buy it

have a freeride option to where theres no boundries, and you can do anywhere in a area!

have a hillclimb comps, along with sno X, freestyle sno x, and choose between a good amount of sleds.

That would be cool as hell if they made a game like that but it would have to be thq and rainbow that makes it. The reason all the other sled games have low sales is becuase they all suck really bad. Get Amped 3 for xbox360 they have a sled option thats kinda fun for a while the only down side is that you have to ride a yammi haha. :beer;

I agree with you...but also I could see if you did build one sick game..that had the wants and needs of savyyyy.....Chris Burandt,Brad Story,peeps off Snowest and one Crazy Canadian you would have a good wealth of knowledge !! So lets just say they did follow advice and do this and all of a sudden we all thought this sled game was not just Sledstorm...and it has full online features,you can highmark your buddy with a broken leg... on the couch!! People would talk!! Game companies would see an increase in sales do to the masses excepting it from the praise of gamers that do sled... and play the games!!

we talk about this all the time. just think 90 degrees

and we are boondocking the medows dropping 100 foot cliffs only if they made it. yes just make it like atv fury change the dirt mounds to mountains and add snow.
