Halfway Oregon, The Rumor Mill Postings

Well lets hear how great the Ladies ride was.
Sounds like it was a Blast, now help those of us with the wrong gear that couldn't attend by sharing the funny stories.
Pics would be great too, bonus for Incriminating Photos:eek: J/K

what happens in halfway stays in halfway... :D unfortunatly i couldn't make it this year.....
give the girls some time to sort through the pics, may be a few that cannot be posted or big d would have something to say... :face-icon-small-win

HAHA Mr. Byrd... you are a chitdisturber! ;)

My teeth hurt from laughing so freaking hard!!

I saw some pretty impressive shuckin' and jiving ON and OFF the hill this weekend.

It is one of the most amazing feelings I've ever felt to be just huckin' it through the pow next to some of the most incredible riders (PERIOD) I've ever had the chance to ride with. I'm still high as a kite from that feeling! :)

As far as the rumors go.............. hmmmmmmmmmmmm....... I saw many many things that hurt my eyes.......... ;)

You and Nik have to upload your pics -tell Nik to put them on the Ladies Ride forum too... I was a slacker about taking pics on my camera but I know I offered up many tittie shots in memory of you and I think when I was stuck with Brandy's camera for a while I took a few good tittie shots.... I can't really remember....

Anyway, the riding was fun, I was wishing the snow was a little more friendly to hitting the goods but we had plenty of time to burn belts in meadows which is something I don't usually get to take the time to do... So fun was had... Plus I got to work on getting back in shape in a BIG way with all the stucks that ensued! I was also able to really test the limits of riding while hungover and tired for THREE FULL days! -and I learned that I'm not as young as I once was!!

Oh, and I would like to mention that your wife KICKED A$$ this weekend and everyone was not only impressed with her riding style and beauty on the sled but with her slightly inhuman strength.... Amber said she wouldn't be supirsed if they did experiements on Nikki's body to see if she is a genetic mutant! hahahaha! She rocked...

ANNNNDDDDD, she was glad to be without you cause she had to step up and do the maint! She was a belt changing, clutch checkin FOOL! I was very proud of her! -Don't get me wrong though, she missed you a ton! ;)

Sucessful weekend!

I Think I Am Still Drunk!!!!!

You must have been drinking on the hill, cause when I came looking for ya Saturday night, your buds said you headed off to bed already.....????? What's up with going home before they kick you OUT!? :)

Great weekend!! I have way too many pictures. May be days before I get them online. AND I KNOW...that all of them are NOT POSTABLE.

A great time as always in Halfway and all you girls really made it a blast. The snow was definitely deep enough but it looked like the groomer took the weekend off; my kidneys are still sore. Great seeing everyone and meeting some new faces.
Kudos to all the organization that went into the event. Cheers! :face-icon-small-hap

Hey HarborDoo, thank you for helping get us out of the big mess on that corner. I just wish that things could have turned out different for all us involved. At least you came out a lil better than Mike's truck and trailer. I will never live that one down.

THANK YOU AGAIN.

It'll be a weekend that I'll never forget! Had a blast of riding and hanging out. And talk about getting STUCK!! Can't wait for next year!!! WOOO HOO

WOW!!!! What a frick'n great weekend! I cant stop think'n about all the good times, good ride'n and all you rock'n sledchics!!!!

And a HUGE THANKS to all the companies that pitched items in for the raffle and donation to SAWS!!!! It gave our ride one more very meaningful purpose!

Also.... I dont know that there could be any better place than Halfway to host this ride:

Pine Valley Lodge was an absolutely wonderful place to stay between the beautifully reclaimed buildings and the incredibly freindly hosts!

Stockman's was a great bar/restaurant and served us very well!!! Saturday night's prime rib was great and you kept the drink's a flow'n!!!! Thanks so much for letting us use the DJ and take'n over the place!

Our DJ (Joel - Elite Productions out of Meridian, ID) did an awesom job with music and announcing for the raffle! Very cool guy too!

Thanks everyone for the great memories! Cant wait for next year!

I am trying to forget that little incident but you are welcome all the same. Thank you for not running us over! Hope to see you next year on the hill or in the bar; and not on a icy turn. :) Many apologies to your hubby for the carnage...

Just wanted to say "THANKS" for a good time. It was great getting to know and meet gals from all different areas. Let me tell you, I sure do appreciate all that my husband does to get me ready to ride....my goodness, it takes quite a few gals to get a stuck sled out of waist deep snow!!!!!!! But we did it and laughed the whole time, what a "hoot". Thanks to Ann for leading our group. (great job, Ann). Hope to come next year.....Bonnie
