BOSS NOSS you Suck!!!!!!

I am going to vent here! I will start from the begining. I purchased a TFI box from a dealership 2 years ago, I wanted to run No2, and I had a BMP motor setup. I didi alot of research and the Boss kit seamed to have a great No2 system. So I pay $350.00 and away I go.

I get the box dialed in and it worked (other than the wires are so short it won't go to the handle bar bracket) Then I go to install the nitrous, They forgot to program the system for the No2. So I have to send the box to Boss and get it re-programmed(3 wks). I get it back and now it won't even send the proper signal to the injectors!!

I call Chet and he says it has to be a bad box, send it back to me and I will get you another one! By now it's the end of the season. and I am not happy. During the summer I call several times to check on the new box. They tell me to wait they have a updated box coming out.

During the wait I asked to have the wires lenghtened so I can wire it correctly, Roughly November comes around, no box???? I call and talk to Gus and Chet both. About 3 weeks go by and I have a brand new box with extended wires.

I neately wire the box in the right way, I hook everything up exactly right. I statr my sled and the lights don't scroll, the sled is missing in the PTO cyl. I trouble shoot the whole system. nothing works. I call they tell me what to do, nothing works I call back. They explain to me that they sent it to me in TEST mode and I need to send it back to have them fix it!!!

Finally I had enough I have been more than patient I allowed for alot more than I should have. I tell them I want my money back. I go from talking to Gus to be forwarded to Randy, I explain to him the deal, he gives me the car salesman B.S. I tell him I just want a refund. Not for the No2 system just the TFI box. He says He needs a copy of a reciept showing I purchased it from a ligitimate company and not off the internet. No problem I provide a receipt.

weeks go by and I contact Randy he says he's just waiting for a RMA# or something like that give him a couple days. 1 week later I call him and he tells me he no longer works for Boss I need to deal with Gus!

I call and try to get ahold of Gus, I ask to speak to Chet, Chet is no longer working for Boss?? Gus finally speaks to me and says they will not refund my money I need to go through who ever I bought it from?? I ask to speak to the head noodle and a Chic gets on the phone and gives me a mouth of crap! says the owner will not speak to me and THEY will not refund my money they will not credit me anything!

I explained that no dealer in thier right mind would take back an electrical part after 2 years! she starts running her mouth some more! Starts to give me an attitude? Who the hell do you think you are??

So I ask you all. I have expressed my concearns about this before Some of you responded prior to this latest $h!t dealing. Do you think I should have a dealer refund thier crap after 2 years do you think its thier problem or Boss's? By the amount of people who complain about their customer service I don't feel I am the only one that notices they SUCK when it comes to service! They might sell some great products but thier mentality can kiss my fury red A$$! And if any of the mentioned people have anything to add please feel free I would love to hear your horse $$$$. Bottom line stand behind your product. you FKng cowards!!
 
Sorry about your bad experience.

I think Boss has grown to big and became to diversified to handle all there Business. At the beginning they were making seats for Boondocker Liquid Nitrous and decided the next season they would start building Nitrous Systems. As far as taking it back to your dealer after two years I don't think that you should expect the dealer to take it back it is Boss's baby. This is just bad marketing for them and they should give you priority #1 to correct this problem.
 
file a claim in small claims court...if you bought it in AK, they would be forced to come there to defend. I doubt they would do that, most likely settle with you. If they dont show, you get a judgement against them. If they show, make sure you have a paper trail to support your claim (emails, notes, letters, etc...).

Yep I have a paper trail stemming from the time I asked for a refund. I just don't like the lawyer way of society. I think you should man up and do the right thing. I also own a small business. I know how to treat the public I go out of my way well after the sell I know I would like to be treated that way!
 
I hear ya on people being lawsuit happy. Sounds like you have tried to be patient and reasonable...plus, small claims court doesn't require an attorney.

No dealer in thier right mind would take back a part like that after 2 years. And I don't think it's thier problem. Who's to say Boss would stiff them for the bill??? Oh yeah did I mention BOSS you SUCK!!!!!!
 
I am trying. I start to feel like a dip SH!# and people get tired of hearing about negative crap! I know this probably won't add up to me getting my money back. I am not Cr Racing or Brad Story or Doc Zoom. I am just a loley consumer that they probaby could care less if I bought anything from them again. But if it saves some one else from getting screwed that makes it worth it! Oh and another thing BOSS NOSS you SUCK!!!
 
C'mon Boss. How much is this really saving you by NOT refunding his money. You act this way to save a couple of bucks (that you haven't earned anyway) and look what it's costing you. Bad way of doing business. I'd cut your losses and try and salvage any respect this community has for you.
 
So I guess we vote with our wallets I was considering a Boss Seat
they can kiss my A$$ now. Thanks for the info, sorry you are getting jerked around. Go talk to a lawyer and see if he can get their attention for a piece of the pie. Sometimes companies forget that without US the CUSTOMER they can't make it!

I too have a Boss Noss system and it was the biggest pain in the ***. I'm on my 3rd or 4th box now. Its finally working but if I had to do it all over again I would not go with Boss.
 
Spook, I read awile back somewhere in snowest forum about another guy that got screwed by Boss Noss." Sledders Beware". I almost bought one of there fuel controllers untill I read his post. Thanks SnoWest for these forums.
 
This is exactly what I am talking about Iddoer you probably don't want this to happen to anyone else. I hope this gets to them that I am not just a sole individual. Usually sledders watch out for each other. And I am not the only one thats had this problem. Boss said the M7's won't work with any box!! Horse Sh!T I put on a Attitude box (which Dereck was spot on with and has been there every time I have called) and what do you know It works perfect The wires are even long enough to place the box on the handle bars. WOW every body else must be wrong huh BOSS!!! by the way YOU SUCK!!!!
 
I told the chick yesterday I was going to put the word out on the forum. She said go ahead no biggy! how's that for customer service?? BOSS you SUCK!!!!
