Tig welded 1/4" aluminum rod together to make the frame and then made a trip to the fabric store to buy some material. (spandex/lycra swimsuit material) Thanks Aaron for posting those pics for me.
 
I have run it the last 2 seasons on straight avgas up to 15lbs (270hp), prior to that premium up to 11lbs (240ish). Helluva deal.
