Ok, Other thread was getting long and the pictures were outdated so I started this one to post up finalized pictures and a link to our for sale add.
New Bumper line is named the EXO line due to its exo-skeleton nature. Bumper utilizes our tried and proven original bumper on top paired with two lower tubes to provide added rigidity and support for the front of the sled.

Lower tubes tie into the bulkhead with a smooth transition.

After looking at the original one we built we decided to move the tubes in closer to the body instead of leaving so much room for things to get caught on.

Showing the upper half of the bumper.

Bumper attaches to the over structure, allowing the bumper to be the breaking point and not the cast tabs on the bulkhead.

Bolts coming through the bottom of the bulkhead through the casting bosses. (bumper will come with a drilling template to drill these from the bottom).
