Yup, in Aug you will be able to trade your UNUSED 2,6 PC in on a 3 in 153 or 162 PC :face-icon-small-hap

Do you know what duromator is the track going to be? I wonder if it will be able to slow you down at all going down hill if you need it. What is the price going to be on just the swap of the tracks?

See Cat is doing something good this year. The 2.6 is a pretty amazing track! Even when you throw big power at it! I have a 3" track now and I have some friends with identical sleds and they say that when they were doing stuff with mine and thought that they were stuck for sure they just stayed on the throttle and the sled lifted up and kept on going. I think Cat made a big leap in the mountain category with this announcement!!!:clap2:

My early information was wrong, track requires a 7 tooth driver kit, kit includes new shaft,

I just read on Sled Rumours that they "confirmed" that the new 15's are coming with 7 tooth drivers. Not sure how accurate this is but,,, it might just be me but some of the side views on the new m8's the approach angle on the front of track does look a bit different/sharper angle ? Thoughts guys??

Only the 1100t is coming with 7tooth drivers. All the other sleds will keep the same driver.
When I talked with cat they said the 3", if it comes this year, will be 162 only. I really hope they do a 3" 153. We will wait and see.

We have a couple 2015 sitting in the shop now, 8 tooth driver.

Ski-Doo killer

I really hope they pull through with this track and kick Ski-Doo in the nuts. With the new 174x3" announcement tonight (which I think is asinine because it's ported (porting was so 8 years ago)) Cat needs this to stand out. Cat has the only powerplant capable of turning something like that out of the factory. I can't wait to spend a bunch of money on a sled, put a 3" PC on and grin under my helmet at the ski-doo guys. Finding this post tonight seriously made my night.

I heard 153x3 will also be an option....anyone know if there are prices on the tracks out yet?

Is this a package a guy can buy even if your not trading tracks? And the weight between the te Camo 3 and the PC3 would be something to know as well.
