Engine covers by SXS and Moto365

Thanks! Very nice. Keeping the cold pow off those aluminum engines will be a great benefit. Oil temps up! ,... then water temps. Thanks

I am looking at waterproof, heat resistant fabric and a tight girdle type of cover around the engine for a 4-stroke. Something will come together.

Im using the blancket that come on the 800 cats its some sort of heat blancket thats already shaped like an engine so may have to cut it alittle but should be close!

would the fire resistan blanket end up holding water? once it got full of snow and then melted and then frooze again thinking it may end up holding a lot of unwanted weight.. Edit:ops didnt notice the waterproof part

The welding blanket in my shop is porus. I would think snow will freeze to it. I run plastic panels. Teals design is also a skid plate, letting snow flow underneath and helping on downed tree crossings. Plus, looks good

Very nice! That should really improve engine temps. Will be nice to see the effects. Is that an SXF?

That's a 350 sx, it's just being used for a template.

My bike with one of these runs 15-20º warmer than my buddies without it. He had his radiators blocked as well, I just have a pre-filter on my radiators, nothing to block airflow.

Will that fit the 2010 sxf and if not any plans on making one?
