Looks good rixster! I like them doo(?) wheels in the skid. I gotta ask though, you havent had problems with that rear bumper not being riveted in with the drop brackets??

Good eye, those are XP rear wheels. I was running the stock cat blacks but I didn't like the solid wheel. Had those sitting on the shelf.
As for the bumper/tunnel. I haven't had any issues with this one. The 900 in the back ground I did though, so I did this one different. On the 900 I tapered the tunnel, I did not on this sled, So I left almost an inch of running board for the bumper to sit on / be riveted to. That keep some of the strength, having that rolled edge of the tunnel really makes a difference. I have been running it this way for 2 seasons and to this point don't have any cracks or weak spots. It is still very solid.

Looks good either way, my buddy has an 06 m7 just like that. We just finished swapping his bars out for a different set up. I just could never get used to those stock ones. I put a set of the PC bars on there and it already feels a lot better.. time will tell if they will hold up.

I just ordered a 09 bumper to put on my 05 M7, and the gussets too. I saw this "team hard" morning wood camo sheets and was going to do my tunnel in it while i was at it.
