Anyone know if i can order direct to USA or any business having the kit already or someone that could buy them for me and then i paypal upfront ?

I went to NAPACanada.com and all the parts are available in Canada. They have a UNR line code. I will see if I can load the shopping cart. If you can't get your NAPA boys to order them call NAPA parts warehouse/store in Billings,MT (1)406-255-6272

Thermostat Washers

I made some of the aluminum thermostat washers at work the other day. Have a few extra, if someone needs them I'll sell them for $10 each shipped. PM me while they last.

what are we trying to accomplish here guys?

??????????
Maybe you have not read the $28 upgrade thread.

I don't know if Dustin or Chuck had a chance to tally up a dollar figure on the package today.
I am going to make thermostat replacement seal spacers and plugs for the kits tomorrow.

ski doo parts are good for your poo:)

Not usually, but they are cheap lol.

Something that stuck in my mind when I picked up mine last year. The local Doo dealer always has one or two in stock. I asked why and he said they fail sometimes and just shrugged when I asked how.
Anyhow, I asked a few more people and it seems like a leak (hose clamp area) or stuck thermostat seems to be the norm if a failure occurs. So I figure it could be all caused by plastic distortion (extreme case scenarios).
I heat taped my thermo housing (close to exhaust stinger and brake where mine mounted) as a preventative thing. This year I will clean it up a bit by hand pounding a thin aluminum heat shield to fit and mounting it to the in and out hoses with a couple of SS zap straps.

TRS a couple questions. I see in your picture 2 washers and in the other thread you show a packing. Where are you getting the packing? What is the small washer for? Would you mind putting a few installed pictures on this thread, the other is sooo long. Thanks

Due to inflation and of course, "Supply and Demand", the $28 upgrade is currently up to $104.
