I made a few replacement hinges for myself and have had enough requests to make a few for sale. New side panels run $250 from Cat, so save some cash and fix your old ones!

Billet 6061 replacement hinge for 2012 and newer Cat (Proclimb, Procross and Procross XF) side panels.

Tools Required:
Cutoff tool (Dremel, pnuematic cut off tool, etc..)
Drill with 3/16" Drill bit
Rivet gun

Installation is a snap, just take your favorite cutoff tool and remove what is left of the old hinge. Make a nice flat mounting place for the new hinge, making sure not to remove too much material and compromise side panel integrity. Mark position of new hinge, drill a 3/16" hole and rivet hinge in place.
 
Just ordered some of these side panel tabs. Thanks Jacob. Such a great idea instead of replacing the whole panel and they are probably stronger than the original plastic.
 
Dont got my new machine yet but i thought it would be good to have some on hand for future

Which ones break or whatever?

Is there 1 hinge per panel?

1 side break more then other?

There are 2 hinges per panel. They are all the same hinge.

I just did another run of these and they are ready to ship.
