Front track alignment?

Noticed tonight that the outside of the track clips are rubbing hard against the clutch side rail tips and slide. The back is adjusted perfect. Brand new 13 pro only garage miles. Any thoughts?

Put it on a stand ( that doesn't push your belly into the drive belt) or use a board to hold the track off the ground and spin the track. This should straighten it out. If this doesn't do it you should bring it back to your dealer.

Yes still like that spinning free on a stand... Drivers pressed on wrong? Could this be some of the driveshaft problems?

Drivers should be 3.5" from edge of tunnel on both sides. Use a square to measure to center of drivers. I bet the PTO side is only 3-3/8".

Either the drivers are pressed on in the wrong spot or the tension is way off on one side, driving the track sideways.

Drivers are equal distance from the edge of tunnel on both sides. Track appears to be centered on the drivers.

How is the skid centered in the tunnel? Sounds like a trip back to the dealer is in order.

Measure the driver distance from the tunnel as recommended above.

Sounds like the drivers may not be in the correct location.

Check it... if it is off... take it to your dealer to fix it... this is not at all normal.

.

If track is centered in the tunnel up front?
And centered at the rear tail rollers?
Drivers in the correct position and track centered on them?

That leaves a couple other things to check,

Front arm of rear suspension in the same hole ( not in the assault position on one side)
Are the rails equal distant apart all the way back? Maybe they forgot to face the spot where the front shaft bolts up causing it to be ~1/4" wider at that corner?

Those are the first couple things that come to mind. Is the front arm bonded also? Maybe the top and bottom shafts are not parallel? Causing it to skew to that side.

I personally have zero faith in any dealer, snow or otherwise. If we can't figure it out collectively, I doubt the minimum wage geniuses they hire for mechanics at the dealers will have any better luck. If need be you can shoot more pics and post them of the things we have mentioned to check and we can get to the bottom of this.

Front arm lower mount in rails the same dimensionally from left to right?
Check parallelism of upper and lower front arm shafts?
Check for broken or missing welds on front arm?
Don't assume that the holes for the suspension are where they are supposed to be from side to side, measure to confirm location is correct.

I agree with you, I was just thinking about how baffled they would be if I took it back... I'm done with it for tonight but will check these things tomorrow.
Like the driveshaft wasn't enough to worry about now I got this to deal with.
HEY POLARIS all my friends ride cats and I was the first to switch... dont make me look like a fool. lol
