Just bought my first "King Cat" today --:):)--, just one problem though, after i pulled the new sled into my enclosed trailer I realized that my ears were bleeding !!

That is a psi pipe with the end of the stock pipe welded on to it. I am not sure why he did this but I am guessing the psi silencer exited out the bottm of the pan not the front like stock. So this was his solution. Should we be concerned about motor damage with the sled being run like this?

I cant believe it would hardly run at all. My 05 efi was very picky with the exhaust, the slp can is the only muffler it liked other than the stocker!!!! get a good can on that guy and redue your jetting somethng close to stock, to start out with and you will have a runner!!! The pic you posted!!!!! What a scabbed up mess!!!!

now have a stock pipe and can in place on my new King :cool: if anyone is interested in the used psi it's available.....
