This sled is a monster! Definitely will be turning some heads for some turbo yami folks this season.

Weighs in at 467lbs complete. Will do an easy 300hp or more with the Powderlites turbo kit..... Putting all that power to the snow is an EZ-Ryde 174 skid wrapped with a camoplast 16 wide 3" track. The track fits in this chassis with just 7 tooth drivers, no other mods required.

There is a small light seat that goes on it too... but its not in any of these pictures.

We could build a brand new one with a carbon fiber rear skid and take out another 15-20lbs for $38,900

We can also do new 2009 turnkey 800R's for $22,000 with warranty

the turnkey 09 turbo'd? Horsepower? Or we talking stock engine carbon fiber tunnel?

Stock engine, carbon fiber body and chassis. We can do turbos on the 800's as well for extra, hp will depend on which fuel you want to run. you won't have the factory warranty with the turbo tho.

I thought the same thing, if going for light weight toss on some floats at least.

Saw this sled at the show, looks killer.

It has floats and a light weight front end kit... they were installed after the pictures were taken.

What do you use for resin? Epoxy?
And is it vacuum infused or just wet out and roll?

I call on some boat builders that do Carbon Fiber Vinylester Resin infused hulls and decks, and they are stinkin' light. One of them built a CF tool box, that I covet.

seems like a pretty good deal to me
sled 13000$
turbo 7000$
skid 3500$
drivers and clutching 2000$
track 1000
light weight front end 1300$
shocks 600$
after market tunnel 2000$
light weight seat 600$
It comes out to around 30 grand to build youre own 4 stroke turbo sled . so 40 grand and all the work is done PLUS you get all the carbon fiber ! seems like a not bad deal to me , if your in the market for one
