Polaris D8 2008 with boondocker turbo after 500miles

Hi

Well i have now 500 miles on my D8 with BD Turbo.
Here are few problems i actually have.

* Turbo is to loud. I have to use Silencer
* There is a big hole between 4400 and 5200 RPM and it sounds like brrr brrrrrrr wouuuuu
* There is turbo charging when i do boondocking (only on left turns)
* My clutch do grrrrr grrrr grrrrr when i do boondocking (only on left turns)
* My pipe brake 3 times and i have few small holes burns down on my exhaust.
*My board computer shows always 0 Rpm,
* My reverse works after 7 times pushing

09 d800 turbo

i have a 09 d800 hmturbo i have 400 miles runs good. shane has been good to work with. mark

I will have to check to get a exact count but it's over 30 P-gas kits and mini intercooler kits on the snow with only one motor down now and have not gotten word on what whent wrong.

In your past threads listed below is it still doing any of these??

Allot of places to start to narrow down your problems and most if not all other than the noise is all non turbo related.

hi

* there is no check engine light flashing anymore
* i use now 10psi (shown on BD box)
* max rmp shown on my sled are now 11700 but it can not be true (i hope it)
* Actually RPM are always on 0

my first point to check the sled is wiring. But i haven't change anything on my sled at the wiring point! Only the Temp sensor is changed to the BD sensor (resistor)

I ride every day and its really funny sled,
