Anyone been to the snowies lately or anywhere that has good snow. Leaving in the next couple weeks don't care where we go we just want good snow to ride in.

The Snowies are getting hit hard this week so the snow will be great this weekend. until it gets all tracked up on Sun. and a fight breaks out in the parking lot...

Snowed hard all day today and no fights in the parking lot! Probably change by the weekend (fights in the parking lot---the cross country ski poker run is this weekend)

My money is on the the sleaders!! Get the lawn chairs the popcorn and the:beer;'s lol
Dan if you go up tomorrow give us a report!! thanks

Heading up in an hour or so, looks like great sledding. Dave, when are we going to get together? I have to see the nitro go! I may have misspoke on the fights in the parking lot, coming up this weekend, the ski folks are usually really mellow after the ride to the top---if you get my drift:D

Just back down, let me preface that I've been riding the Snowy's for 18 years. That being stated we just rode in the deepest snow I've ever encountered, an easy 4 to 5 FOOT of new. The kicker is it's still snowing at a guess of 2 to 3 inches an hour. Took 4 hours to get out to HQ's park and back, hell we had 4 good sleds and highly experienced riders stuck in the bottom of Marie. Unbelievable!

So the French Creek SNOTEL is reading accurate - I couldn't believe what I saw this morning.... It's now showing ~36 inches of new snow just out of this last storm.

How was the wind? Is all this stuff going to be in Pine Bluffs on Friday?

Man im salivating right now. Im headed up there tomorrow but I wanna go up tonight...I heard it was crazy up there but how now im even more excited...and the best part of riding in the middle of the week...you wont hardly see anyone else all day and untracked pow...

Not much wind, but visibility was tough because of the heavy snowfall and it was coming over the w/s so you could only see about 50% of the time. We have some video, but it's up to Kody's office and they don't have internet up there.

A snocat had come through and its tracks left trenches well over 5 feet deep in places.
