Could you tell me where you got this headlight delete kit/pod? Also do you have any more pics? Thanks
Jay

making it all one piece looks better and is probably better for weight savings.
How easy is it to remove though? I keep my spare belt under their. is their another place to keep the spare belt?
What is the one single hole for? A tach? How much do the stock gauges way? I would guess not that much lighter then just a tach. Could the stock gauges still be used?
I believe you posted earliear a 13 or 16lb weight loss?

As far as i know it is pretty easy to install. That is only our prototype so I'm sure more efforts will be made in the future. The prototype is going to be used at the X-Games by Steve Martin if you want to see it in action. We will see if he has any problems that need fixed after the X-Games trial. The hole can be used for tach or speedometer or you can leave it uncut. I couldnt tell you, I'm going by what the build department told me for weight and yes they said it was a 16 lb drop.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH man that sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll keep my Eye on ya then When it happens I want some blue ones

Plus I will most likly be needin some XR 1200's by then too(hopfully)

The stock hood comes on and off nice and easy to get at the spare belt.
I would also have to be able to use the stock gauges.
The 16lb weight loss sounds great.

Hey not that off subject, its still dealing with our stuff. That pod is actually a prototype that we made. We are actually going to have that plus a hood that is all molded together. We made our first prototype of this as well the other day. To see pics of this check out our photobucket page we just added pics of it!

BR tech is probubly the worst company i have ever delt with in my life you guys sent me some blue pannels for my rev and they didnt fit at all they would not close there was no place for your rubber strap to go to even hold them closed and the two tabs that lock the pannel on were un useable you told me to use a sheet metal screw, also the hole for the pull start was twice the size it needed to be, after i went thruogh all that you wouldnt take them back.when you call in you get some lady that says the only way to talk to someone about the pannels is by email you cannot deal with anyone over the phone. ALL BR TECH PANNEL BUYERS BE WARE!!!!!!! I HAVE PICS I WILL POST THEM.

BR Tech has been around since the early 90's and have had many satisfied customers. Our Rev Side Panels have been one of our biggest sellers as well. I dont know your case so i cant say what was wrong with your panels but they are formed the same as all of our others and we have had many other people that bought them say they work fine. I know that our person in the office that you are referring to doesnt know a lot about the fitting and mounting of our parts and my boss is a very busy person that doesnt always have time to talk on the phone so email lets him get to things when he can. I would like to see your pics and see if we can help you get them to work on your sled. If you could email me directly since i am on almost everyday about your problems that would be more appreciated then blatantly bashing our products. But it is a free country so you can say what you want. I just wanted you to get a better idea of what its like here.

Thank you

Cory
