Well, I'm a little surprised to see that video pop up here. We had quite a bit of fun making it. It's actually from the last couple rides from last season. It's a little tighter here than most places out west, and trees happen LOL. At least we don't have avalanches or bottomless ravines to worry about. Bumpers are cheap.
That was my XP that started on fire. When riding it I knew something was wrong. We figured we'd get to town and dig into it. Well once we got to town I stopped and looked to my right and say a little flame starting to poke it's way through the side panel. Grabbed for snow but it was only ice. Someone ran and grabbed a fire extinguisher from the hotel, but by then it was too late and the whole thing was up in flames (the oil reservoir caught on fire). The dealer I purchased it from came with their trailer and picked it up within 30 minutes and worked out all the details with BRP. Official word was y-pipe failure (it's happened to a couple other people) - do a search for Nord Lock washers and you'll see what I am talking about.
Either way I just picked up my new 09 146" X and I will be sure to add some nord lock washers before I have to deal with a warranty issue like that again.
Glad you liked the video.
