I've done the upside down thing but not with double sided tape.

thinking of puttine baby powder in his desk fan (he has a squirle cage type) turn it on to a cloud of white! Flour would leave too big a mess baby powder "rubs in". more thoughts?

we put itching powder all over our supervisors chair one time it was so funny he kept getting up and scratchin couldnt sit long at all took him forever to figure out too
