08 Dragon 800 power valve Torque setting

Does anybody know the proper Torque setting for the Power valve bolts...

I tried to check the titeness of them before I took them out and got approx. 6.5ft lbs..however they had so much frickin RED Locktight on them from the Factory, in Aluminum, that I am not sure how accurate my reverse enginering is...nothing in the owners manual that I saw.

try this.............Cover/Base Fastener Torque: 12 Ft.Lbs. (16 Nm)

I've been running 10 ft.lbs. and that seems to snug them right up without feeling like you will twist anything off. I can't remember exactly but I think I got that number from the '03 800 (poo) shop manual. No problems - 2 different motors for 5 years.
