Hey everyone. I extended my RMK from 136 to 162 and am having trouble cleaning up the rear end of my sled. Has anyone removed the rear coller and run into overheating problems? Right now I just extended the running board colling lines and it looks a little rough. Wondering on solutions. Thanks in advance,

Dave

Most people added MORE cooler to that back end cause it wasn't enough surface from the factory.

SLP made a nice part for the stock tunnel extension that gave it a lot more surface area.

What did you do for a tunnel extension to go from 136 to 162?

You could get a double pass cooler from VanAmburd that rivets right into the undersride of your tunnel extension....

The Edge rear cooler rivets to the bottom of the tunnel. Odds are you can find one of those from someone that has gone to a U cooler. Make sure you run a flap, it captures snow on that rear cooler.
