Ok so I bought my sled this past winter and stuck the PTO piston on the second trip out. I was riding HARD in lower elevation (Garden Valley ID approx 5000ft) I looked at the carb jets today and found this, pto main 330, mag main 320, then 155's and 55's. I guess i was running WAY lean for 5000-7000 ft.
SO.... what should i be running?? 800 motor with a slp pipe, can, vforce3 reeds, slp cheater head (150psi) 151 track.

I believe that is the stock jetting straight from Polaris. They set them up to run 3-6k feet from the factory if I remember back to 2001.

But for some reason, stock jetting also sticks in my mind at 280/300...Hmmmm, Anyway...I don't think your TOO lean..Maybe go up a jet size, but it really depends on what your needle is at too.

That is where most people stick a piston on those sleds. Midrange.
