My x has got some extra bracing in the motor and I was thinking it might be because its a mod chassis but I've never seen these on any other xr chassis. unless they just get taken out? pic below... i asked the kid i bought it from and he has no clue.

The sled was wrecked at one point and I figure maybe they were added in to increase the stability of the chassis?

I want to say that they came that way but I did some searching and couldn't find anything. I think those braces were put there after the fact.

they dont add too much to her... its just a little aluminum
