At the end of this riding season I will be looking for a 05-06 RMK 900. Prefer an 06. Want a 159" with 2.4" track. Under 1000 miles but willing to look at what you have. Most of these have the SLP pipe, airbox and reeds. I will be putting a CPI pipe on so an aftermarket pipe isn't a must. I am in Fargo, ND but will travel to pick up. Not more than 10 hours one way. Let me know if your thinking of selling in a few months. I bought a Ski-doo this year, and 06 Summit X 159" with 840 kit. It's nice but I need to get back to Polaris for reliability. Plus I don't like working on it. Also have my ski-doo for sale in Ski-doo forum if for some reason someone wants to trade.

Ive got the sled you are looking for and the only reason i am selling it is i am getting out of the sport. If i dnt sell it it will still be for sale so keep me in mind. It only has 500 miles on it

They all sound perfect. Hopefully a couple are still for sale in 3 months. I have seen snow Jw's, very interested but I think he's trying to get rid of his right away.

900 Rmk

Contrary to what RATHER BE RIDN says, our 05 has 3600 miles and has been a great sled. The 05's did have crankshaft problems and guess we were just lucky. If you were one of the unluckys to have a crank that broke the replacement is the 06 crank. As with most sleds, both years have needed updates, more for the 05's than the 06's. I would hardly say they are " junk " As with anything mechanical they require maintenance. The more you ride the more maintenance required. The less maintenance you provide the more likely you are to have problems down the road. The 900's have a lot of torque, and very clean handling and a fella can't beat the IQ for looks. Not over heavy for the size, although good luck trying to find someone who does not bi*ch about the weight factor of any production sled.

nice machines

i too hardly see how there junk even with the updates. ton of power, reliable, and are only looked down upon because of the previous stuff happening. People only cry about stuff on the internet when it goes bad. hardly anyone ever gets on to say good stuff anymore. but like i said, far from junk. good luck
