rt 1000 highmark problem

I have a 05 1000 that has 1000 miles on it, im headed to island park in a few days and went to put it in the trailer today and when you try and pull it over the battery light starts blinking and the beeper goes crazy for about 10 secs. right away i changed the battery out for a new one, cleaned all the connections, checked all the fuses and relays. it still does the same thing. It does have spark but wont start. its been inside all year and ran fine 2 weeks ago when i pulled it out side. any idea's would be great.

ya it doesn't sosund the beeper and flash battery every time i try it. but when its not flashing and beeping when i pull it over it still wont start, almost like its not getting fuel or something.
