I have a new m8 and when you let off throttle it want or acts like it wants to die which it has once .What do you look for? When on the throttle runs fine. completely stock.

Maybe all it needs is to set the idle up a little. Dealers never adjust anything , yet they get a credit for set-up.

It idles at 1800 been battling octane message had it looked at still get message after running hard frustrated !

sounds like bad or old gas to me.
